Customer Success Manager – Canada

What’s The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, your primary goal will be to further business growth and enhance client satisfaction across our diverse portfolio. You'll be instrumental in formulating both short-term and long-term revenue growth strategies, working closely with internal departments to realize client objectives, and spearheading the launch of new campaigns that align with client briefs. This role also involves identifying growth opportunities across various verticals and leading all client relations activities, including weekly communication and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development efforts to achieve significant growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for revenue growth in both the short and long term.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams to meet and exceed client goals.
  • Initiate and manage new campaign launches in response to client needs.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion across diverse markets.
  • Lead client relations, ensuring effective communication and successful presentations.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing and user acquisition strategies.
  • A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably with experience working with international clients across different time zones.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management.
  • Native or fluent in English, both verbal and written, is essential.
  • Highly motivated and capable of learning independently, with a strong sense of teamwork but also able to work autonomously.
  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for thinking outside the box.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
